Shabba clinches deal with fish and chips
Shabba as his known launched his first franchise in Pretoria’s Sammy Marks square on Saturday afternoon.
The other three franchised will be launched early next month in a region of Shabba’s choice.
Speaking during the launch in Pretoria, Shaba said he was happy with his investment in the fish and chips and hoped that other soccer players can do the same by investing in other things.
“This is my first of the four franchises and I’m happy to have finally launched it,” he said.
“It is a good investment and I’m looking forward to the successful investment,” he added.
Shaba is also ambassador of the other Fish and Chips franchise country wide.
Stelio Nathanael the Fish and Chips franchisor paid tribute to Mahlakgane for approaching them and advised Shaba to buy the franchise.
“The relationship started when I first met Siphiwe (Tshabalala) through his manager Jazzman Mahlakgane.
“Jazzman is a great person as the manager he is not only looking after football stars life but also there after with business, because lot of people when their soccer career finish they sit down and said what will we do next. Jazzman is the great manager I take my head off to him how he looked after his people as well in business.
“He introduced Siphiwe to us to take on the franchise and he bought four stores from us. This is the first store he has opened the other three are in the various region in Siphiwe’s choice which provinces he wants to open”.
“And our talk with Siphiwe and he saw that we are practicing to support the youth of today giving back to the community and as the humble person as he is we and great positive person youth of today will look up to him and say we want to be with him.
